Description:
This residence presented the challenge of capturing spectacular water views on a very constricted site. The Charleston “single-style” house served as inspiration and proved to be a great fit for the site. The narrow floorplan fits to within inches of the setback and the single loaded nature provides views from every room of the house. The double height screened porches capture the breezes off the water and sitting on the trellised porch at high tide feels as if you are floating on the marsh.
