Description:
This outdoor retail center was taken through the planning and conceptual stages while at RTKL. Adjacent to an upscale mall and a man-made lake, the project needed to have both an exterior presence and an interior shopping corridor which presented some retailing challenges. The conceptual design was a modern approach with clean lines and indigenous materials that would be attractive to the upscale retailers and clients.
